Rooms feel neglected with limited decorations and outdated features!!! Soundproofing is atrocious, making rest near impossible with noise from events!!! Once grand, now just average with maintenance needs!!!

decor and warm lighting throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly, and although the room was quite small, it was clean and comfortable enough for our stay. I particularly loved the proximity to major attractions, making it easy to explore.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room with breathtaking views of the Tuileries Gardens. The attention to detail in hospitality made me feel like a true Parisian, from the exquisite turn-down service to the gourmet in-room dining—every bite was a delight! The location was perfect, allowing me to effortlessly explore nearby attractions like the Louvre and indulge in delightful Parisian cafes each morning.

The stay in the Superior Queen Room for three nights offered a central location amidst stunning architecture and chic shops. The staff was exceptionally polite, enhancing the experience, and the bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast options, however, lack in quality compared to local cafes, and automated cappuccinos fell flat. The bath area felt a touch cramped, but the deep tub was a pleasant feature.

Our group had a fantastic time staying here! The location was perfect, and we loved dining at the hotel's restaurant and exploring nearby cafes. Just a heads up, we had a minor issue with the taxi service on our way to the airport, so just confirm the metering next time.

The Westin offers a fantastic location near the Tuileries and the Louvre, making it ideal for exploring Paris. However, the rooms can feel cramped, and there were instances of inadequate housekeeping and service. Overall, it's a charming hotel with wonderful potential for improvement on service quality.
